Yeah, kinda dark what happened to Terra. Not without reason, her size basically makes her uncontainable. The magic used to bind her likely worked when she first arrived but starving her out gives a double guarantee she can’t escape. Problem is, she is in a pound and it takes a particular type of Guard Dog to look after her and stomach it.
So, answer me this, What would you do about Terra?
I’d give her a job collecting and eating all the food that was going to go to waste.
In payment for the work she would get accommodation and meals prepared for her.
That’s actually a smart idea. I would imagine that it would be rather difficult to dispose of food waste and waste in general underground. Other than composting it (which only certain materials can be composted), you couldn’t put it in a landfill because you are in a relatively enclosed environment. So what better way to dispose of it than to give it to those that can actually eat it? Terra gets meals for her huge appetite and the Queen and GDs have one less Lycan to worry about.
As good as that idea is, Paws Den main food resource is mushrooms. So food disposal is handled by just letting it settle and have mushrooms grown on the waste.
Oooh… That’s messed up… Further validates my theory that Terra probably isn’t looking to hurt Pucho. Also, is that Missy in panel 5? Wonder if that was from Missy before she was assigned to watch over Pituka and fell in love with Francis and chilled out a lot.
What would I do about Terra? Well, I don’t know much about her or her supposed crimes. In her time out, she hasn’t done much other than eat and look for Pucho. Seems like her only crime is that she likes to eat… And if that’s a crime, I’m guilty too, although I don’t think I can pack it away like Terra.
If this results in Terra being an ally to our heroes, I’ll love it.
Poor Terra, no wonder she wants to see Pistachio, after being starved so badly. Even if it was unintentional, he saved her from what would be described as Terra’s Personal Hellheim.
As part of the super resilient hyenas, she’d probably have a job similar to our favourite Cheetah.
