Well, Hos shouldn’t have anything on his record to expose any of the above in hiding, with Luna covering the front door.
Tyne, however, is the unpredictable variable as Hos’ sponsor. If something goes wrong for Tyne’s background check, there’s a good chance that he would either cut Hos loose before it gets too bad, take him down with him if it does, or potentially reveal whom Hos is hiding with if his butler has divulged Hos’ personal information.

Page 403 Tyne says without his vote and the rest of the Circle, Melliza’s choices are meaningless. PAge 906, and 908. Melliza herself said Hos needs a sponsor from the Circle, and Tyne is his sponsor. Ergo, Tyne is a member of the Lycan Circle. ERGO, should he not have already had a background check?

By seeing Hos and Tyne’s reaction to having full background check on both of them, I’m guessing…Yeah, we’re in hot water now.
